Shipping policy

All orders totaling over $200 are shipped free of charge.

The shipping cost for transactions under $200 is always $12.

In-store pick up is always Free.

A ready to-go peel and stick return label is provided with all purchases of full price products for your convenience. 

To use this label, just peel it off, and stick it on the box over the previously placed shipping label. Be sure to mark out or cover up any other previous labels on the box that are visible.

Our fulfillment time on Monday-Friday generally is 1-2 days depending on the time the order is submitted.

Orders submitted before 12:00pm will normally be shipped out that day. 
Orders submitted after 12:00pm will be shipped out the next business day. 

Orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out Monday.

Shipping times vary based on shipping address but are usually 1-3 business days but can take up to 5 business days depending on shipping address.

Products are shipped from Raleigh or Greensboro NC using either USPS, UPS, or FED-EX.
